I really liked my dreads because my goal was to get my hair super long without putting real extensions in. I had my dreads in for a year. My hair was very thin before, and now it is a medium thickness and super long! Having dreads made me feel like a bad ass and I'm happy they helped me get long, healthy hair!

I've owned and worn many dreadlocks in the last 10 years, but Whitney's are my favorite, hands down! They are so lightweight that they're easy to wear up and in many styles! I simply adore my dreads! I have never in my 36 years of life gotten so many compliments on my hair. Best feeling in the world, especially when I put ZERO effort into doing anything. 90% of the time it is up in a bun and people always tell me how cute it is or how awesome it looks! I love the ease of waking up and my hair is ready to go. No fussing over it. It's not hot either, with my natural hair I cut it so often 'cause I am hot!

Whitney's dreads are the best quality I have ever seen. I had ordered some from a friend a few years prior to ordering Whitney's. I didn't even try to put the others in. They were so heavy just in my hands and they were a terrible texture. I had basically given up wanting dreads. As soon as I saw Whitney's I knew I needed some. The colors are ridiculously vibrant. They are so light and have made my mom life a breeze. She has been absolutely amazing to work with. If I have to change my appointment she always makes it work. She is so fun and so uplifting. My daughters and I have bought 4 sets of dreads from Whitney! She is a great communicator and has always responded very promptly if I have had a question. I absolutely LOVE my dreads! They are very low maintenance. She has so many colors to pick from that I was able to match my hair color to a T, making them look very natural. So many fun hair styles, but my favorite part is the confidence they give you! You feel like a bad bitch all the time. I've had mine for about 5 months and I still flip them around like I'm gonna do something wild. And a bonus, they keep my back from getting sunburned. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

Whitney has been amazing!! She's been great to work with and flexible to schedule with me traveling from out of town. She's so personable and makes you feel like you've been best friends forever. I legit love everything about my dreads!! I love that they are so lightweight and there is no pulling at all on my scalp or natural hair. One of the best parts about having dreads is how low maintenance they are! Especially being a mom, ain't no one got time to be spending hours on their hair. I LOVE my dreads so much! I can't express how beautiful I feel and how much I feel like my authentic self when I have them in. Whit definitely strives to be the best she can be and is truly the most amazing person. <3 When I get my hair done, I definitely want a best friend there to talk to (hair therapy right?) And honestly Whit has become a very close friend because of her genuine soul! I love sitting in her chair every single time! I love my dreads! Unfortunately had to take them out for a few days because I'm demoing my house and didn't want to get drywall/mold all in them, but I'm already dying to put them back in! They are so lightweight and even though I struggle with chronic migraines and headaches, they actually seemed to help my head a bit. Whit has designed the best method for dreads. I have had real and terrible dreads. I had to cut my real, terrible dreads off due to a job and looked like Miley Cyrus and Ellen had a love child. I swore that when the right opportunity came up I would attempt dreads again. Whitney's dreads can be put in whenever. You can pick any length you want. You can wear just a few, cover your entire head with a rainbow of colors, or go for a natural look. She is fantastic at color matching! Her dreads are synthetic so I don't need to worry about molds or weird smells. They have aged phenomenally. My mom and I have been working on making beads. I truly believe that dreads are a journal for your adventures. I can add beads and keep my dreads forever. If for some reason I can't have them in, Whitney has created the perfect system. The dreads are much lighter and cooler than real hair dreads and I can choose when I want to wear them. All in all I love my dreads. I can't thank Whitney enough. My dreads make me feel very confident in my beauty. Whit is so gentle when putting them in and they last the entire month. Thank you Whitney, you're a freaking magician!

I love my dreads! They are super fun just to add something *extra*! I have a partial dread set which is perfect if you want to try them out, but not commit to a full head of them and they look so cute peeking out the bottom. Also, they make buns so perfect and cute. The two most important things that I love about my dreadlocks is the softness and lightness! Those are the two most important qualities in dreadlocks for me because if you are not comfortable, then you are not as happy as you could be! I love that they look good AND feel good! My dreads have been worn for over a year and a half and are looking better than ever! Most people that stop me on the street or in the store think they are my natural hair and are shocked when I tell them they are just synthetic dreadlock extensions! I started with 3 dreads, jumped to 11, and then onto a full head. I LOVED them so much I couldn't get enough. Everyone asks me if they're heavy and they're not, I love how light they are. I also have people ask if they're my real hair. Whit custom made mine to match my hair color and look natural. I love them!

Whitney's dreads. Can't beat them! I love everything about them. They're lighter than I expected and a beautiful color. I reached out to her because I had dreads a few years ago and ended up brushing them out. What I missed most about my dreads, silly enough, was my confidence I had with them. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Whit.. Ok here's my story, I ride horses long with being a spiritual healer, I am outdoors a lot. I had my 5th back surgery and I was blessed to be introduced to Whitney. I could not blow dry and straighten my crazy, kinky hair. Now with my stunning dreads, it's easy for myself to get up and look fabulous every day with no work involved. I have had my dreads in since January, it's July and they're still stunning. In the past, wearing hair extensions, they would get in big knots as I would ride and they were hot. Constantly replacing the hair, and the shedding, ugh. With the dreads, my head can breathe. They are not hot. The dreads are not heavy, super easy to wash, easy and absolutely beautiful. If I had a dollar for every compliment I get with my dreads, well, let's just say I would be a rich woman. The investment for her dreads are 100% worth of every cent, She is such a stunning, beautiful soul with her talent for stunning dreads. I am not easy on my hair and they stay in. I've never had one problem. If you're considering dreads, absolutely do it!!! I have no regrets, I love my stunning bad ass look. Be your own goddess and rock your dreads. Namaste and dreads rock!!

To start off, I have tried different synthetic dreads from different artists, but none of them were as comfortable or good looking as Whitney's! I don't know how she does it, but her dreads are super lightweight, soft, and easy to maintain. I like that I feel really confident when I wear them and that I stand out. Plus, they're super low maintenance and east to style. I don't have to wash my hair as much, which is a huge plus when my life gets busy. They also help your hair grow since you're not putting product or heat on it at all with the dreads in. They last forever and are super worth it if you've ever wanted to try dreads without making the leap to permanent ones. It also helps that Whitney's one of the nicest people I've ever met, so I love going to see her when she does my installs (: <3

I love how my partial dreads look! What I love the most is not having to do my hair in the mornings! Whit was so helpful designing my dread set and was so fun to be with when installing. I also loved how I was able to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. Ended up loving them!

The one thing I love most about my dreads is how it is totally safe for my curls! I always have to be careful with coloring my hair. Depending on the color it could mess with my curl pattern. With the dreads I can have the color I would never be able to do with my hair and then when it's time to take them out I know my hair will be just as curly as it was before!

What's not to love about my dreads?! Growing up you only hear bad things about dreads, but I can say with full confidence that those stereotypes do not apply to these!! Whit has created extensions that are light in weight, soft to the touch, and completely customizable! My favorite part is that unlike other types of hair extensions, dread extensions only get better with time. Plus with the dread extensions, there is the added benefit of not damaging your actual hair! I first thought of purchasing my dread set when growing out my pixie haircut and hallelujah, I did! They are braided seamlessly into your own hair and it made growing my short hair out so easy! I love my dread extensions and the versatility they give me!

Something I really appreciate is how fast Whitney can install a set of dreads. I feel like when I go to the salon to get other extensions, I am there for 5 hours. That's an amazing talent Whitney has to get it done in just about an hour! She is amazing at color matching and envisioning a perfect set for you. I love how her dreads are smooth and don't look nappy or ratty. It makes the styling process a lot easier. She is such an overall amazing person, so fun and bubbly! She always responded when I would check in and she got them done in such a timely manner. Way better than previous experiences I've had with other dreadlocks I've purchased. First, I can't say enough about Whitney. She's a beautiful soul who has gone above and beyond to educate herself to create an exceptional product. She loves what she does and it shows. And who you see online is exactly who she is. Authenticity is my #1 priority in the relationships I create with other humans on this planet.
For the locks, making each one by hand has ensured their longevity. They are beautiful!! They are so light and airy, not dense and stiff. They flow with your movement and are so easy to maintain. Even the process of install is straight forward and super easy.
My experience as a whole has been transformative. I have wanted to wear locks in my hair for YEARS... but could never muster the courage to commit to something seemingly so permanent. Using Whit's locks gave me the opportunity to wear this hairstyle, and if I could sum it up in one word, it would be.. EMPOWERING. I felt more myself with this hairstyle than I ever have in my life. I received more compliments on my hair than I ever have in my life. It's been such an experience to learn who I was just by embracing my true self and living the life I wanted.
So, if you're on the edge... allow this review to be the sign you need to just DO IT!!! You won't regret it. And if you do, take them out and sell them. Easy peasy.
