Booking an Install Appointment
If you would like to book an appointment with me to install your dreadlock set, make your order then message me on here or Instagram and tell me what the name is on the order! From there I can tell you when your order will be done and when I can fit you in my schedule at the salon! If I will be installing your set, make sure to select the pick-up option at check out!

How Many Dreadlocks to Order
For a full set of dreadlocks I recommend a minimum of 45 dreadlocks, and a maximum of 60. However, for an average set I recommend 50 dreadlocks! This allows to have slightly smaller partings up top for a more natural look! If you have pretty thin hair, I recommend getting just 45 dreadlocks. If your hair is fine/thin you will need to take bigger sections and won't need as many! If you have really thick/dense hair, I recommend getting 53-57!
Navigating the shop
Each dreadlock is purchased individually as one double ended dreadlock. I do not sell them in packs. 1 quantity = one double ended dreadlock.
If you want a braid, there is a specific shop item to separately purchase braids and add any relevant notes to those items in your cart. Make sure to read the item description in all of the items before you add to your cart and check out so you're completely aware of the product you are purchasing and there is no miscommunication.

Shipping/Return Policy
Once your package arrives, I am not responsible beyond that point and will not refund in cases of theft. If you provide an incorrect address and cannot retrieve your package, you will not be issued a refund. PLEASE ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If the package gets lost and does not arrive to the address provided, I will send you another one as soon as I can. If the package comes back to me at no fault to you, I will resend it with no charge. If it gets sent back to me due to faulty address, you will be required to pay for shipping the second time. If you receive a damaged product, email me.

I do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. Each purchase is final sale as each product is custom made and tailored to you individually. If you are unhappy with your product or otherwise have concerns, please message me and I will always ensure you are a satisfied customer! <3
Shipping Dates
After you make your order, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date. I handmake all of these dreadlocks one by one! Because of this, your shipping time is estimated, but not exact. This is due to any life events that come my way and get me behind. If anything changes extremely, I will be in contact with you so you can know when to expect your order. With that being said, please plan ahead with special events you may need your dreadlocks for and be in contact with me if you need special arrangements and we can figure something out!
