Neutral Blonde

This color is made by combining ash blonde and medium blonde for a perfect neutral blonde! The ash blonde is very cool with no warm tones and the medium blonde has a beige-gold tone to it. When combining the two, the ash cools down the warmth for a neutral blonde that isn't ashy or golden! Perfect for color matching your hair since most natural hair colors are neutral, not golden!
